Gibbesch Consulting GmbH offers comprehensive assistance in navigating bureaucratic processes in Germany. Our services include, but not limited to:

• Relocations guidance: Assisting clients through the relocation process to Germany, including pre-departure tasks in their home country.
• Visa assistance: Helping clients with visa applications, ensuring all required documents are prepared and submitted correctly.
• Children’s bureaucracy: Providing support in handling bureaucratic processes related to children, such as school registration, Kindergeld and Kita search.
• Finding appointments: Scheduling necessary appointments for Berlin’s Immigration Office and Bürgeramt.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of our services.
• Not use any information or content from our website for third-party purposes without our explicit consent.
• Follow all instructions provided by Gibbesch Consulting GmbH for the successful completion of bureaucratic processes.

4. Payment terms

Details regarding payment methods, terms, and policies will be provided in individual contracts. Payments are typically required upfront, and clients will receive invoices specifying the due amounts and payment deadlines. Any late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the specific contract.

5. Privacy policy

Gibbesch Consulting GmbH is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle all personal data in compliance with the GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. Personal information collected during the provision of services will only be used for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Confidentiality

The agency commits for confidentiality regarding any information given by the client, including personal information, billing information and any reports. Details of the client will only be transferred to third party with a written confirmation from the client. 
In addition, the client commits not to give any kind of information given by the agency, to a third-party without a written confirmation from the agency.

7. Dispute resolution

In the event of any disputes, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss and resolve the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, we may consider mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.

8. Termination clause

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Client-initiated termination: Clients may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as stipulated in their contract. Any fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid in full.
• Company-initiated termination: Gibbesch Consulting GmbH reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet their obligations, including but not limited to providing accurate information, making timely payments, or misusing provided information.

9. Care

The client is aware that any kind of abusive behavior, verbally or physically, by his/her/their side will lead to an immediate termination of the relations with the agency, with no financial refund. 

10. Availability

E-mails and messages will be answered within 48 business hours by the agency. 

11. Governing law

All services will not diverge the German law, and no illegal or immoral service will be given by the agency. The agency will not support nor encourage any illegal or immoral activity, in agency’s view. All legal issues, in case of dispute, will be settled in a court of law in Berlin, Germany.

12. Liability limitation

Gibbesch Consulting GmbH strives to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee the success of any bureaucratic application or process and the client is aware to the fact that the agency cannot commit to the success of any process. 

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The agency will consult the client according to their experience. All decisions will be made by the client, and the client alone. 

13. Changes to terms

Gibbesch Consulting GmbH reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
